RATES & INSURANCE

We are in network with Aetna and United Health Care insurance policies.

If you do not have Aetna or UHC and your company offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) you may also utilize these funds to cover the cost of sessions. Our fees range based on preferred therapists. Contact us to find a therapist that best fits your budget.

Self-pay OR out -of- network 

If you have an insurance plan that includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to use it for our services. While we will collect fees directly from you, you are able to submit the billing statements to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

Fees:
RATES ARE DETERMINED PER THERAPIST

Our standard rates for individual therapy ranges from $100.00-$125.00 (50 min)

Our standard rates for couples & family therapy range from $125.00-$150.00 (50 min)

Payment is due at time of service, in the form debit/credit card only. Payment may also be made by FSA and HSA. 

Sliding scale options:

 New Narratives offers a reduced fee services for a limited number of clients. Clients who are limited financially but are still interested in custom-tailored psychotherapy are encouraged to ask about this option. Upon entering into this package, Clients are guaranteed 3 months of individualized psychotherapy at a sliding scale rate. After 3 months, clients can continue treatment, though rates may change. Please note that spots in this program are limited.

To request a Financial Hardship Package, please email info@ceceliabaldwin.com using the title: Financial Hardship Package Request. Please include your name, phone number, the reason for your request, and your times of availability.

Additional Fees:

Please cancel 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50.00 cancelation fee.
