Mindful Self-Compassion, Phase 1


The purpose of this group is to develop self-compassion, a means of treating yourself as you would treat a good friend during times of suffering. The group format aims to facilitate the kindness experienced by a good friend as well as identifying dialogue of the inner critic. Space is limited: first come, first serve. 


Next session begins July, 2021

Friday's from 12:30pm-2:00pm EST

$50 per person per 12 week session ($200.00 paid in full at time of enrollment and start of each month)
