Her approach is non-judgmental, strengths based, and collaborative. Evidence based practices such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy, are blended with researched and supported practices such as narrative therapy and mindfulness to meet the unique needs of each client.
Lee Anne believes that engaging in therapy can create an important time “just for you” – to explore what is important for you in your life, and what you need to move forward. It can help to build or strengthen ones emotional foundation, help one regain a sense of balance, and heal. The principles of empathy, safety, mindfulness, and organic healing guide her practice.
